Author and Psychotherapist Rita Soman is the founder and director Addictions & Family Counseling, P.C. and Belief Mantra. Rita is an expert in helping people heal the root cause of issues related to physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of their lives, including all types of addictions and mental health related problems. In her practice she creatively uses a blend of psychotherapy with some contemporary such as EFT, The Emotion Code, Ho'Oponopono with PSYCH-K® (developed by Robert M. Williams), which has been highly recommended by Dr. Bruce Lipton in his book, The Biology of Belief.

With over 25 years of experience helping people in overcoming their life challenges, Rita Soman finds her work, very effective and life-transforming.

She attests to the life-altering shifts that have occurred in her own life as a result of PSYCH-K, which helped her re-write her own limiting beliefs into self-empowering beliefs, that help her in living a happy, healthy, harmonious prosperous and fulfilling life. She enjoys collaborating her services with other professionals of various healing modalities. As an internationally certified PSYCH-K Instructor for the past seven years she enjoys teaching PSYCH-K to general population and professionals from various healing modalities. Her goal is to clone herself so that there are more people doing the work she does, which is life-transforming.

She offers 2 day Basic PSYCH-K workshops in person only and private sessions in person, by phone and via Skype. She believes that only way to facilitate change in others is by changing ourselves.
